Carium Estates Revel Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is a limited-production wine from a family-owned winery named in honor of family matriarch Carrie “Cari” Umile. Crafted entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon, Revel blends fruit from distinguished valley-floor vineyards in Oakville, St. Helena and Yountville. Each appellation contributes a distinctive quality: Oakville provides power and structure, St. Helena adds dark-fruit richness, and Yountville brings polished texture and elegance. Only 140 cases of the 2022 vintage were produced.

Deep garnet in color, this full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of blackberry, cassis and dark cherry layered with cedar, tobacco leaf and baking spice. Concentrated flavors of plum, black cherry and dark berries are supported by firm, well-integrated tannins and carry through a long, polished finish. Pair it with grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, venison, mushroom risotto or mature cheeses such as aged cheddar and Gouda.
